| I have been working in special projects that
have required more deeply perseverance, a lot of hours of dedication and
have been like a challenge for everybody involved in those projects. Those
main projects were:

- Experience in benchmark
of applications, packages, peripherals, computer devices and hardware.
Experience with searching, negotiation and contracting outsourcing
resources, vendors,
and manufactures of hardware, software, peripherals,
and all kind of services
related with technology of information area. These suppliers located
not only into brazilian market but also USA and Europe. |

10.2
- firmware of graphical matrix printer which
speed was 220 cps and it was called PERLA Printer. The team have made the
whole cycle of this project. My duty was to write the software inside that
hardware. We have been working for more than one year. I wrote all software
using Intel 8085/8086 assembly language and I used special devices to let
me do the depuration process; |

- Another one was on completely graphical interface running over the DOS
environment to produce the AGENDA CERTA project,
one utility companion program of the main package named CARTA CERTA
IV - the first high quality graphical word processor program made
by Brazilian people. |

- Customization of Multi-Task Virtual Storage Operating
System of 5800 series of mid-range computers family of SHARP.
This environment was required to the automation of special branches project
of CAIXA ECONOMICA FEDERAL. In this project I have had opportunity to work
with several Phd people and a lot of specialized teachers from PUC University. |

10.5 - Another
different project was the Lottery System environment
that have been using special devices drivers and also customization
of Master Operating System of mid-range computer SYSCO S8000 series. The
whole project have integrated the main-frames UNISYS with SYSCO mid-range
computers. Also I had opportunity to work with special tape cartridge
converters and also optical readers RACIMEC in all Lottery Dealers

10.6 - Customization
of KIS Enterprise Resource Planning System - Included translation
technical text, from english, germany and spanish to portuguese, and also
doing application softwares customization. This second option I did
taking the sources of programs, reports, screens, windows, menus, messages
and so on. This was a ERP misstion critical application package written
by the Germany team and running over AS/400 platform. I got the responsibility
to lead the steps of study, understand, translate, test and teach people
my area to prepare them to give training to final users. |

10.7 - Analyze
of Enterprise Business Applications in Brazil Market - After a global
meeting that took place in Germany at August/97, each IT manager of each
country that had one plant installed, was in charge of searching
information about the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems
of SAP, BAAN, ORACLE and PEOPLESOFT suppliers. My task was to analyze
the penetration of these system into the Brazil market. I had to contact
these suppliers, also their main customers, do analyze all strong and weak
points of each one. At the end I wrote a report to send to the decision
maker group located at the head quarter of the company. That group was
going to decide what system could match the global ERP system needs of
all plants.

in application systems - I know the whole details related with the environment
of each one, with deep experience working in prototyping, developing,
implementing, training, improving, installing and doing integration, in several
